Doggie Dog World is committed to providing you first class service.  If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase
you may return the item(s)
(provided the item is not included in the list of Non-Returnable Items) within 30 days of
receipt for a refund or exchange.  Refunds are subject to a 15% restocking fee and initial shipping and handling charges will be
deducted from refund.  Please be patient, your refund may take 10-15 days to process.

All Returns Require Prior Authorization
We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) to you within 30 days from the date you received your shipment.  Any item returned without
a Return Merchandise Authorization will be refused.

Non-Returnable Items
Doggie Dog World is unable to accept returns of the following items:
  • ALL Gourmet Dog Treats (this is to protect the health of our customer's pets)
  • Personalized Dog Treats / Specialties
  • Gift Baskets
  • Custom Orders (Monogrammed Dog Coats, Custom Made Items)

Return/Exchange Form
Please completely fill out the Return/Exchange Form.  

Packaging Your Return
Returned merchandise must include all accessories in the original packaging with all UPC and Bar Codes intact (where applicable). Incomplete
returns will receive a reduced credit reflecting any missing accessories/item(s). Reduced credit will be determined by Doggie Dog World.  Return
merchandise must be double boxed with no writing on the manufacturer's box (where applicable). If your item(s) did not arrive in any manufacturer's
box or packaging, you are not required to double box your return.  Please fill out the
Return/Exchange Form and include it in your return shipment.  
Your Return Merchandise Authorization Number must be displayed prominently on the outside of the shipping box.

Return Shipping Costs
You are responsible for any shipping charges for product(s) returned to us. If the return is the result of our error, the cost of the return shipping is
free.  Doggie Dog World recommends that you use a traceable method of shipping when you send us your return.  In addition, we do encourage
you to purchase insurance on your return.  Doggie Dog World will not be responsible for returns lost during delivery if you do not use a traceable
method to ship your return.  In addition, Doggie Dog World will not be responsible for damage etc. due to shipping if you do not purchase insurance
on your return.  
We will NOT accept packages C.O.D..  Returned merchandise must arrive no later than 15 days after we provide you with a Return
Authorization Number.  

Processing Time
Returns/Exchanges meeting the conditions outlined above will be processed within 10-15 business days following receipt. Processing may be
slightly extended during peak business periods.
